As of today, the firefox snap (version 101.0-2) provides the contact
address. So closing this bug.

Bug description:
When I try to report a bug in Firefox on 22.04 with the Firefox Snap, it
gives an error:
"The problem cannot be reported:
firefox is provided by a snap published by mozilla. No contact address
has been provided; visit the forum at https://forum.snapcraft.io/ for
help."
I understand this is unexpected, as they do provide a contact address:

and that this is the link that others are offered when running ubuntu-bug
