How do I confirm that this is the case?

meta/-/tree/master/elements/core which does not list it.  It does not
appear in the discourse discussion at
https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/scope-of-gnome-mru/18041/3.  I see that
there have certainly been microrelease updates of eds in stable Ubuntu
releases in the past, but I don't see how it's covered by the current
(known-incomplete) microrelease exception.
