Public bug reported:

I have a double boot : in Windows 11, the sound works just fine, with
the speakers and with a headset plugged in. But in Ubuntu (my version is
Ubuntu 22.04 LTS), the sound works fine with the speakers, but when i
plug a headset in my jack port (computer model : Acer Nitro 5), I can
hear the sound playing but there is a high hissing sound bothering me
too. This hissing sound seems to briefly stop when a sound is played,
before re-appearing. The volume of the sound has no impact on the volume
of the hissing sound (which is playing even when the sound is at 0%). I
tried playing with every volume playback gauge using the "alsamixer"
terminal command, but it does'nt have any impact.
