The resolution of this bug is conflicting with the expand/contract
behaviour which is baked into the notification items. Could you please
comment on what should happen with that?

Bug description:
  14.10 (r279)

  Steps to reproduce:

  Tap on the status bar
  Pull the Notifications menu
  Tap on the ‘system update message’

  Actual behaviour:

  Message is selected (colour changes to grey) and small SS icon, on the
  right hand side, swings. User needs to tap on the small icon in order
  to update the system.

  Expected behaviour:

  The whole message’s real state should be tappable.
