Public bug reported:

It seems that the current network-manager in Ubuntu 22.10 would like to
use iwd per default after the upgrade.

However, there's no dependency to the iwd package resulting in a lack of
wifi support after the upgrade.

** Affects: network-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Project changed: launchpad => network-manager (Ubuntu)
