Thanks for the bug report. Unfortunately your graphics packages are not
from Ubuntu, they are from System76. So the bug should probably be
reported to them. Although I would still be curious to see a photo or
video of the issue.

Title:
  Window leak-through

Status in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
I notice that since upgrading to Ubuntu 22.04 LTS I am getting a lot
of leak-through with open windows. That is when I move the mouse over
a window it brings up an informational popup from a window obscured by
  the active window.

Additionally, the active edges of the windows seem to have large
boundaries around the active window. That is if I click on a window
showing on the screen, but the edge is close to the active window, it
will not activate the window on which I clicked. There was a little of
the behavior in 20.04 when the windows edges were close, but it is
extreme in 22.04 in that even with a 15 to 20 mm of the underlying
window showing it will not recognize that I have selected a different
  active window.
