  Problems related to --exclude and --filter=protect options are raising
  error while execution of rsync.

  The following error is launched: 
  ERROR: rejecting excluded file-list name:
  rsync error: protocol incompatibility (code 2) at flist.c(994) 
[receiver=3.2.5]
  rsync: [sender] write error: Broken pipe (32)

  It was already reported in: https://github.com/WayneD/rsync/issues/375
  There is also a patch released.
