I don't even know what unattended-upgrades is doing here. Probably got reinstalled by do-release-upgrade :-/
This unattended upgrading causes too many kernels to be installed, filling up the /boot. And then you get tickets like this: "I didn't perform any action to get this crash." https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/initramfs-tools/+bug/1977647 I guess the bug should be moved to the unattended-upgrades package. Don't do auto-upgrades if there is less than 200MB of space in /boot or a slightly larger amount in /. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to initramfs-tools in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2017035 Title: package linux-firmware 20220329.git681281e4-0ubuntu3.12 failed to install/upgrade: installed linux-firmware package post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 1 Status in unattended-upgrades package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: Apparently the post-install needs tree(1) which I do not have installed.
