I don't think there's enough information in the ticket at the moment to
be able to pinpoint the issue.
Since the issue is linked to the postinst which we've been shrinking but
still need to shrink more (and maybe make more verbose), I'm going to
mark this as a duplicate of LP#1971650 which I've been using for all the
unidentified postinst issues (because I expect that solving this one
will make the postinst more reliable).
