Public bug reported:

Lenovo Legion Y9000X 2022 IAH7, no sound at all when using internal speakers.
ProblemType: Bug
Uname: Linux Legion 5.15.0-117-generic #127~20.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Thu Jul 11
15:36:12 UTC 2024 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Sound works well when the machine uses Bluetooth earphones, HDMI
speakers, or a 3.5mm audio jack.

Among all the solutions on the internet, only upgrading my Linux kernel
to 6.10 works. However, this introduces other incompatibility issues
regarding the Nvidia driver and so on, which I want to avoid.

Probably changing the patch_realtek.c may work, but I don't really want
to rebuild the whole kernel.

Is there any fix using dkms or another method without rebuilding the
kernel?
