Since Ubuntu 23.10 driverless printing is broken using a HP Color
LaserJet MFP 280nw

Bug description:
The print hangs in the queue and wont get printed. It worked with
22.04 and I think 22.10. But since driverless 2.0.0 it didnt work
anymore.
The error is: cfFilterExternal (ipp): Backend (PID 537356) stopped
with status 4.
