It seems you accidentally typed a command into the file rather than the
shell some time ago, I suggest fixing it

I try to upgrade to 24.04 and get "E: Typ »sudo« in Zeile 3 der Quellliste
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/signal-xenial.list ist unbekannt."
And what ever I try to do in terminal I get this message
