The /etc/network/if-up.d/mountnfs script has not been part of Ubuntu since Ubuntu 9.04. How do you have this script on your system at all?

This file is not present the current initscripts version (2.88dsf- 41ubuntu6) though debian's 2.88dsf-13.1+squeeze1 (https://packages.debian.org/squeeze/amd64/initscripts/filelist) lists this file. This bug is similar to #432029 which has been closed already 2.5 years ago, so I am opening a separate report.
