Status in gst-plugins-bad1.0 source package in Saucy:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  I recorded a video file from Galaxy Nexus (using android) and put it
  on my Ubuntu phone(mako). When I start the video I can only listen to
  the audio i.e. no video.

  1. Download the attached video and paste it in ~/Videos on the phone.
  2. login to the phone from adb, unlock the screen
  3. run: start application APP_ID=mediaplayer-app
APP_URIS=~/Videos/VID_20131003_172149.mp4

  The mediaplayer comes up there is sound but no video. This was tested
  on mako.
