Public bug reported:

See the attached example: the first page works fine. Once the pull-to-
refresh action is triggered, the second page is loaded and its contents'
offset is wrong (it behaves as if the header was missing).

If this bug is hard to fix, please advise for a workaround -- I couldn't
find any.
