Bug description:
  Binary package hint: libcurl3

  On a fully updated version of Ubuntu 10.10 amd64, under both curl and
  php5-curl, we were unable to use NTLM authentication to talk to our
  exchange server.  Regressing libcurl3 from 7.21.0 to 7.19.5 from
  karmic fixed the problem for both applications.
