Public bug reported:

When starting the computer from sleep, the Networks applet shows a lot
of networks that were available before the computer went to sleep.

Requesting a re-scan does not reset the list, only turning wireless off
and on again using the wireless checkbox or flight mode resets the list

** Affects: network-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
