Title: Login sound is too loud and disruptive on first boot Status in libcanberra package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: after installing the OS the welcome chime is to loud, (I look for mute frantically) I think the welcome tune should be shortened and made to be 1/2 the volume. Also it would be helpful if the default volume level was not set to MAX on first boot. (my speaker system is loud) and this is disruptive in the public / classroom.
