Public bug reported: if setting init=/lib/systemd/systemd-bootchart, this one doesn't reexecute systemd as expected:
opening output file '/run/log/bootchart-<timestamp>': No such file or directory opening output file '/run/log/bootchart-<timestamp>': No such file or directory and then, triggers a kernel panic.
