After the computer is suspended, either by closing the lid, choosing the option on the menu or by itself after the defined time, and then when I wake the computer the mouse pointer is invisible, however the hardware itself is working as mouse position and clicks continue working, only the pointer is invisible. WORKAROUND: If I switch to a console with Alt+Shit+F1 and switch back to X with Alt+Shift+F7 the mouse pointer appears and is back to normal. WORKAROUND: After installing fglrx 14.50.2 proprietary AMD driver (doing the modification explained in http://askubuntu.com/a/543836/378463 to avoid ocl-icd-libopencl1/wine conflict) including the Catalyst Control Center, the problem is resolved and now I can suspend and resume the computer and the mouse pointer is visible after wake up as expected.
