Bug description:
After the raring updates rolled out on Jun 5 to X, the unity dash and
task switcher are taking 5+ seconds to appear on my system.
Video card is Intel Ivybridge Mobile, pci id 8086:0166, subsystem
17aa:3977 using the i965 driver.
