This seems to be fixed when LIM is enabled (the default now).  Here is
what I see:

- If I have a maximized window on one monitor and then click the desktop in the 
other monitor, the monitor with the maximized window does *not* show "Ubuntu 
Desktop" in the Panel of the monitor of the maximized window.  The other 
monitor does show "Ubuntu Desktop".
- If the window is not maximized, then "Ubuntu Desktop" is shown in both Panels.

With LIM disabled, I still see this behavior.

Bug description:
  When in multimonitor, if the desktop is selected in one monitor, then all the 
panels shows the title "Ubuntu Desktop", but this is wrong:
   - The panel should show the "Ubuntu Desktop" title only when the desktop is 
visible on that monitor.
