Title:
[messaging app] proposed contacts search blinks after a single letter
  input

Status in Ubuntu UX bugs:
  Fix Committed
Status in messaging-app package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:

  1. open messaging app
  2. swipe from the bottom edge to compose a new message
  3. type a letter into the contacts input field in the header -> the proposed
contacts list appears from nowhere
  4. type a 2nd letter -> the proposed list "blinks" and shows the filtered
results again
  5. type a 3rd letter -> proposed list "blinks" again and shows results

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  Expected result:

  3. the proposed contact list should "roll out" from the top, from underneath
the header in a smoother way after typing in the first letter or number (if
there is a match)
  4. after typing the 2nd letter, the list shouldn't blink; the not matching
entries should disappear and the matching items just move up smoothly into view
  5. see previous point
