Note: systemd --user is started by default anyway but in addition to it there are still some upstart leftovers hanging around which is highly confusing for users and is a maintenance hell in a long run.

Would be great to git rid of upstart in here as well or at least document workaround which would allow to manually disable upstart for user sessions and replace it with systemd units.
