dialpad appears on merging two calls

Bug description:

1. Dial number A, make sure call is picked.
2. Dial number B, make sure call is picked.
3. Merge the two calls
What happens:
Calls are merged but the Dialpad appears over the call with no way of hiding
it, hence there is no way to put any call on hold or end the party.
