It's not the same as bug 1378126. That one was because the focused app was woken up when the greeter was hidden, thus catching up with everything while the lockscreen was visible. The fix was to only wake up the app when the lockscreen was unlocked. That is still the case, I just verified.
So very likely something else triggers a cpu intensive task when the phone wakes up from deep sleep, processing things while the lockscreen is there. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to unity8 in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1466741 Title: system slow to wake up/unlock screen sluggish since the update to vivid Status in the base for Ubuntu mobile products: New Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: That's not happening all the time but has been reported by several users on the list and I also hit the issue To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/canonical-devices-system-image/+bug/1466741/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~touch-packages Post to : touch-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~touch-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
