the current version calls the media player and doesn't have that issue it seems, can you confirm it's resolved?
** Project changed: gallery-app => gallery-app (Ubuntu) ** Changed in: gallery-app (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided => Low ** Changed in: gallery-app (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to gallery-app in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1385370 Title: second video playback has sound but no visuals Status in gallery-app package in Ubuntu: Incomplete Bug description: I'm not entirely sure if this is caused by gallery itself or an underlying component, but if I play a video in the gallery app, allow it to finish, then play it again, there is sound but no video. To reproduce this behavior, do not return to the gallery's list view after playback ends. Simply tap a blank part of the screen to bring up the transport controls, and tap 'play' to start the video again. If I hit "< / back" to return to the list view between showings, the video is able to play correctly each time (except for Bug 1378311, which is now fixed). This was on krillin rtm image 124, and the video I used for testing was the Tears of Steel video from our MWC demo earlier this year.
