Thanks for the bug report. Now that rotation enable/disable is offered
at the shell level, I think this bug is now invalid. Please re-open if I
am mistaken. Thank you!

It would be nice if the webapp container allowed disabling rotation,
at least on startup via a command-line arg, ideally there would be a
JS API for it (is there?).
