Title:
ca-certificates is missing new SHA384 USERTrust root certificate

Status in ca-certificates package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Since this certificate is now included in several major browsers,
sites are starting to be deployed with this as a root cert. However,
it doesn't work with tools on ubuntu that use the system ca-
  certificates.

Affects (at least) precise and trusty, both of which currently ship
  ca-certificates 20141019.

Fixed in debian package version 20150426, which includes the Mozilla
  certificate bundle v2.4 - see http://metadata.ftp-
  master.debian.org/changelogs//main/c/ca-certificates/ca-
  certificates_20150426_changelog
