If you are on windows you can use flac front end to have a interface. dBpoweramp music converter, thats a good program.
And foobar2000 I supose. and many others For reconverting flacs and wavs i already have i use "terminal" yes a command prompt or soundconverter (I'm on Ubuntu ) . Ripping is another topic I of-course use FLAC for my 16/44.1 too But as phil said they all use the same flac.exe or flac.dll in the background. Just try have the newest one, so you don't end up with an ancient version. Or why not visit the http://flac.sourceforge.net/ homepage to grab some info. -- Mnyb -------------------------------------------------------------------- Main hifi: Touch + CIA PS +MeridianG68J and assorted amps SiriuS, Classe'Primare and Dynadio speakers (including a pair of Contour 4 ) Bedroom/Office: Boom Kitchen: SB3 + powered Fostex PM0.4 Miscellaneous use: Radio (with battery) I use a Controller various ir-remotes and a Eee-PC with squeezeplay to control this ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Mnyb's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=4143 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=77550 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list Touch@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
