The Touch doesn't look like it has the right drivers to mount a Windows
or samba share, but I think it does have the right driver to mount an
NFS share. So if the NAS can produce an NFS share its theoretically
possible, though not easy. You would have to SSH into the touch and
issue the right mount commands to mount the NFS share. Once THAT is
done then an appropriate link on an SD card would work. But if you are
going to the effort of setting up the mount you could just edit the
server.prefs to point at it directly.

The best bet is to get SBS running on the NAS.
