I received my new Touch from Amazon last night and set it up. (I am running v7.5.1 and have two SB3 Classic's on the network, as well.)
The entire top-to-bottom screen area from the left edge to about 1" to the right of the left edge does not respond to my touch. I have tried going through the on-screen menus, but I do not see any way to calibrate the screen area or sensitivity. Is my unit defective, or am I missing something? Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
