I had the same issue with the latest 7.5 firmware upgrade to my SB Radio. Something was wrong with my local SBS. I had no indication on the Radio that there was a problem, and pressing Power button did nothing. I couldn't press home button to get to Now Playing screen. It was only when I tried to access Browse Music, that it reported a communication error. I couldn't power off - had to long-press power to turn off.
