Right, that is a bit confusing. To switch easily I added to home menu "Switch to MySqueezeBox.com" "Switch Library"
The confusing part is that when choose Home Menu Items, you should see all of them. Even those who are not available at that time (should have special appearance may be) Note that I see MySB favorites only when I am connected to MySB.
