Yes, playing music from my Ipod via the Touch is working fine. I just connected the Ipod via the USB-cable to the Touch and started SqueezeServer on Touch. Via the menu item "My music" you can browse and play all music. However the MIX-features doesn't work well. It has some limitations on the amount of songs that you can play.
