Hi Folks,
I have a recurring problem with my Touch,used with a directly connected
Drobo.It works fine until I disconnect the Drobo in order to plug the
Drobo into my laptop.I do this when I have a few cd's to rip as doing
it over the network with Drobo still attached to the Touch is a slow
process,I guess down to the limited processing power of the Touch.

Anyway,the problem comes when I reattach the Drobo to the Touch.It
first says there is no usb drive connected,and then,after a bit of
fiddling around,it insists on doing an update,but updates to the same
version it's currently using! Sometimes it will do this 2 or 3
times,after which it settles down and runs squeezeserver and all is
well again.Any ideas?
