I hooked up a multi meter to the pre-amp. I have a sick Karin on my hands. Phono inputs are fine. The Aux input is -12.5v left, 0.v right. Not looking so good. All of the other inputs (the ones I use) are +4.1v left, 0.v right. This explains why the distortion is on the left side . Thanks to John and Phil for your help. I hope my dealer can fix the pre.
