Yes, after the Reset (long-press on the tiny button) I had to re-enter the w-lan key to connect. The internet radio of the SBT is running fine via mysqueezebox.com, so I suppose there is no problem with my network.
Regarding the fallback to the old firmware - may my 3 upgrades are the reason why it does not work?
