Can you also open your library on a software music library system OTHER than SbS (just to see if all the art shows up there). For example WINAMP or Foobar2000. I use foobar2000 on my laptop and point to the same external drive with my music. It is sometimes helpful to isolate library issues by having two independent programs reading my files. p.s. I like foobar2000, because among other things, it does NOT do anything to my tags unless I explicitly tell it to. Actually, you could also do the same thing with mp3tag, as it shows artwork too for files.
