You simply MUST ignore any displayed information on FLAC files and bitrates. It's all just wrong.
If you have a 24-bit file, it WILL play at 24-bit. If you have a Touch or TP, 96 will play at 96. 176.4 will play at 88.2 and 192 WILL play at 96.
