I had the Touch for months now, and I still have trouble with adding Albums or individual tracks.
I'll have to read the Feature Guide. Hmmm... It seems you CAN'T add a single track. From page 10: "Note: When you select a song that is part of the album, the entire album becomes part of your Current Playlist." A curious approach.
