Do not decompress all your flacs to wav, because in this way you will loose all "tags" informations. In the flac there is a place for the information about artis, album etc, transferring flac to wav is deleting this info.
You can change the setting on your sb server so, that the server will decode flac in wav on the fly and Touch will receive wav instead of flac (btw this incease the sound qauality) and all "tags" will be still present.
