The touch only works with the workgroup name WORKGROUP. If you have changed the workgroup name on your computer it won't be able to connect via the normal windows networking. There IS a way to do it, even if the workgroup is different: first get the IP address of the Touch (settings->advanced->diagnostics, scroll down to the IP Adressess field). Then open My Computer and make sure you have an address bar. If not bring one up (view->toolbars->address). Type the following into the address bar: \\<IPaddress> For me that is: \\192.168.1.103 Note those are two back slashes NOT forward slashes. This should then bring up a box asking for the username and password. The default is root and 1234. This should then pop up the shared directories. I hope that works.
