As always, it depends. The material that you are listening to. Radio Paradise offers an excellent AAC+ 64k and even 24k stream. As compressed as it is you hardly will hear a difference with your ordinairy FM station. Both streams will run fine on your link. Unless of course you start downloading other stuff extensively.
Unfortunately (A)DSL normally is a "best effort" product and is influenced by other DSL subscribers on the same trunk.
