Well, it might be difficult (the friend being in Italy and me in France). Aren't there any other means to debug this ?
I'm fairly fluent with the command-line and with commands like netstat, nmap, ssh... But I don't have a clue on how SBS is working behind the GUI. It would be quite a surprise if it's easier to debug this on Windows than on Debian ! ;-) As a last measure, I can install SBS on a Windows machine at my friend's house and see what happens.
