Hi Phil and Gary, Sorry for the delay in responding but I've hit a bad patch with my Cluster Headache problem bu I've finally got round to it - There seems to be a lot of it but hopefully it will mean more to you than it does to me, which is zero. I have zipped it but the forum attachment uploader reported it as an invalid file (.rar) so I've had to upload the original as a .txt file under Notepad - hope that's OK.
