Touch merely provides normal Linux /dev/ttyS0 devices for the supported adapters; on top of that you'd need some software to do something with the serial port -- could be a SqueezePlay applet written in Lua, a standalone Perl script, a compiled binary, etc. What sort of commands do you hope to use/accept?
