I have the same problem. The problem is caused by the fact that the Squeezebox Spotify client does not use the information if an album is available in the subscribers country. This availability information is available both on albums and track level in the Spotify APIs. The client should always filter out unavailable albums to avoid having multiple instances of the same album, most of which can not be played.
