If you mean both libraries are all seen in My Music at the same time I don't think so. But you can have access to both libraries very simply but independently. Run SBS server on that computer, using the Touch you can quickly switch between the two music sources, simply use the Switch Library menu item. Now you can switch between the Touch's USB and the computer music.
