The IR receiver is to the right of the screen, vertically aligned with the top of the screen.
It's a strange problem. The fact that neither Harmony nor Touch remote works, indicates that the problem lies in the SB Touch unit itself. What firmware version are you running? See also 'Wiki: Disable IR remote reception' (http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.php/Disable_IR_remote_reception) for ideas.
